Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 933ok platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. General Introduction and Acceptance

933ok (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, promotional offers, and transactions on the platform.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 933ok reserves the right to immediately close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 933ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We support the following payment methods:

3.1 Deposit Policy

All deposit requests are verified before processing. Deposits will only be accepted from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

933ok makes every effort to process withdrawal requests, and withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in some cases additional time may be required for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirement Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus. You cannot withdraw until the total of ৳2,000 has been wagered 25 times, which equals ৳50,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • Bonus funds are not cashable; only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
  • If any misuse of a bonus offer is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • 933ok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

4.3 Reload and Special Offers

933ok provides reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotional offers for regular members on special occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, etc.). The specific terms of each offer will be stated in its announcement.

5. Gaming Rules

All games on 933ok are fair and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined in any way, and each round is determined independently.

5.1 Game Results

If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be refunded. If there is an issue with a game provider's system, contact customer support immediately.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

If after account closure it can be verified that the balance was earned through legitimate means, it will be returned.

11. Limitation of Liability

933ok provides its services on an "as is" basis. 933ok bears no liability in the following cases:

  • Interruption to games or transactions due to internet connection issues
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment providers
  • Technical errors from game software providers
  • Uncontrollable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks
  • Issues with the user's own device or network
