🛡️ Safe Gaming Policy

933ok's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

933ok believes entertainment should be enjoyable — not stressful. Our responsible gaming policy helps ensure you have a safe and balanced experience.

Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?

Online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, but it is not equally suitable for everyone. At 933ok, we firmly believe that every player's experience should be fun, safe, and in control. Responsible gaming means you enjoy gaming with an understanding of your own abilities and limits — it should never affect your other responsibilities in life.

Millions of people in Bangladesh enjoy online gaming as entertainment. However, for a small number of people, gaming can turn into an addiction. 933ok always takes active steps to reduce that risk. Through our responsible gaming program, we give every player the opportunity to stay in control of their play.

Important: 933ok is only for people aged 21 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We verify age through identity checks.

The various aspects of our responsible gaming program are explained in detail below. Please read this information carefully and contact our support team if you feel you need assistance.

Our Protection Tools

Set Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you will need to apply after a set waiting period, giving you time to make the right decision.

Financial Control

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can fully deactivate your account for a set period (from 30 days to permanent). During this time, no promotional messages will be sent from 933ok.

Active Immediately

Time-Out Break

Use the time-out feature for a short break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this break you will not be able to log in. Take your time and come back with a clear head — there is no rush.

24-Hour Break

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the time is up, you will be logged out automatically. This is an effective way to prevent spending too much time playing.

Auto Logout

Reality Check Notifications

At set intervals, a pop-up message will remind you how long you have been playing and how much money you have spent or won. This helps keep you aware.

Awareness Alerts

Account Closure Option

You can request permanent closure of your 933ok account at any time. Let our support team know via live chat or email — we respond 24/7.

Permanent Solution

21+ Age Restriction

933ok is for people aged 21 and above only. If incorrect information is provided during verification, the account will be suspended and all deposited funds may be forfeited. Please keep any minors you know away from this platform.

Build Healthy Gaming Habits
